Product Delivery:

- Domestic i.e. Pan India product delivery and worldwide delivery with more than 10+ courier services with proper real time aftership pages to easy track of the products.

- Products usually takes 3 - 7 business days to ship depends upon the product. 
- Real time update regarding the delivery ships notifications.

Warranty: There is warranty only on the wooden and artificial wooden furniture in terms of raw materials. Warranty period is 6 Months.

Ongoing support: 24 x 7 WhatsApp chatbot support for the consumers for real time delivery notifications, new campaigns, buying notification, return or refund notifications.

Shipping cost (Pan India): Shipping cost will be inclusive in the product listing price i.e. there will be free delivery on the every buying for the shipping Pan India above INR 2500. Except the price for the bulk order will be charged on actuals. 

Processing the order: On placing an order, the consumer will get a confirmation email, SMS & whatsapp notification containing the summary of the order. The delivery took different time with different locations by the courier partners. But we assure you to deliver your products to you as soon as possible. 

Tracking: Consumers can track their real time couriers through our sent aftership email or from the WhatsApp notifications.

Cancellation: Cancellation can only be done before the shipping of the product. If someone cancel the order before the shipping we will refund the whole amount into your respective payment channel.
