Before you returning a product, please take a moment to understand how the products are made. All our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons in rural India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other.
- Let’s not think of an irregular weave or print or a stitch as a defect. Handmade by definition means a glorious uncertainty when it comes to uniformity. Most of the processes are manual; hence the irregularities which may occur are characteristic of the process and not counted as a defect.
- Please read item descriptions carefully and note sizes of products. Please also know monitors are calibrated differently and colors, while may be close, may not be 100% accurate. We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this Web site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. In spite of these variables. We believe in a good quality product and best customer satisfaction from our products and in any case you feel that you haven’t received what you have expected you can always return the product.
All products went through 3 quality checks & shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but a consumer is not satisfied with the purchase please follow the instructions below:
- Exchange/Return will be only accepted once.
- We only exchange a product for once and when informed within 2 working days from receiving the goods. If a consumer would like to request an exchange he/she can write to us at our given email id or can WhatsApp us.
- Items which are to be exchanged need to be sent back within 7 days of receiving the goods.
- We will replace the returned items or issue a credit note for the cost of the goods after we have received the returned shipment.
- Customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the applicable return address. Company will not be responsible for any loss in the courier sent by the customers.
- If we have sent you a wrong item (wrong style, color or size), shipping charges for the replacement will not be billed to the customer. - The value of the exchange order cannot be lesser than the original order. However, it can be more. In this case the difference amount has to be paid by the customer.
- No exchange will be done in case of minor design or color variations.
Refunds in full will be done in case of package lost in transit, wrong pricing in the online catalogue. Refunds will only be done when we received the shipment in our warehouse.
- Refunds will not be done in case of incorrect delivery address, after 3 failed delivery attempt by the courier partners, products received in a used or damaged condition, package is not accepted by the customer.
Sale/Discounted items: Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
